Upcycle: Sheets to Pajama Pants

I hit one of my favorite thrift stores on my lunch hour today and found 2 of these very cool vintage bed sheets. Since it is "green" week and they are green they are post worthy. Kidding. I am actually thinking of making them into a nice pair of lounge / pajama pants.

There is a pattern in Amy Butler's In Stitches book that I have been wanting to try. Since there are 2 sheets if I mess one up I won't feel as guilty. Plus it's a great way to "upcycle" and use things in a new way.

BTW - did I mention the sheets were $1 a piece. Thrift score!
