I am already loving Season 7. Yes, one episode in and I can tell that the vibe of NYC is going to keep these designers inspired.The designers all seem to be pretty impressive. There are too many right now to choose a favorite but I thought Emilio's winning look was the best of last nights bunch. I actually like Anthony's dress that was in the bottom three and could see many women wearing it, well, minus the "champagne holder" on the side. While Ping's designs are a little out there for me, I am interested to see how she does in a challenge where she has more guidelines than "show us what your vision is."
My biggest hope for PR this season is that they explore some new challenges. One of my faves was from season 1 where they redesigned the post office uniform or the Barbie challenge from Season 2. My thought was to bring in a Girl Scout Troop and make the designers re-invent the classic GS uniform. This would force them to have to tame down the sexiness and work with in guidelines - a serious challenge for most.

I have to agree that Emilio deserved the win last night. From the flawless construction to the high technical skill required his dress was the best... not to mention that it was the most wearable. Looking forward to seeing how the next few weeks unfold...
I loved the winning look and it seems like overall the cast is more talented than last season (which really should never be mentioned again).
